Refund and Returns Policy
Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please notify our staff immediately, and we will promptly send you a replacement.
Non-Returnable Items: We regret to inform you that we are unable to accept returns for the following situations:
- Purchases made through third-party retailers
- Products incorrectly purchased by the customer
- Products damaged due to customer error
Timeframe: Our refund and returns policy is valid for 14 days from the date you received the goods. Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges or returns beyond this timeframe.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It should be in its original packaging.
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company.
- Contact your bank. If the issue persists, please contact us at pekecs@peke.com.
Sale Items: Please note that clearance items are non-refundable. Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. For more information on our refund policy, feel free to reach out to us using our contact form. Our customer service representatives are available 24/7 to assist you.
Order Cancellations: To request an order cancellation, please contact us immediately at pekecs@peke.com. Please note that once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
